- GETTING STARTED
Wholesale Accounts & Ordering
Are your products intended for human use?
No. Every product we sell is designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). Our products are intended for qualified laboratory and scientific research applications only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
We clearly label our products as Research Use Only and expect all customers to handle and use them in accordance with applicable research standards and regulations.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is required to purchase our Research Use Only products because we do not sell prescription medications or products intended for therapeutic use.
Our products are research materials intended solely for laboratory and scientific research. Purchasing from us does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and we do not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or instructions for human use.
Are your products compliant with research standards?
We take quality control and research integrity extremely seriously. Our products are manufactured for Research Use Only and undergo independent analytical testing according to our verification standards.
Every product receives our standard verification process, which includes purity analysis, identity verification, content quantification, and physical inspection. Select products receive additional testing, including endotoxin, heavy-metal, and sterility screening.
We also make batch-specific Certificates of Analysis available so researchers can review the analytical results associated with the material they purchase.
What is the minimum order to access wholesale pricing?
Our wholesale pricing is based on quantity and volume tiers. Because requirements and pricing may vary by product and order size, we recommend applying for a wholesale account or contacting our wholesale team for the current minimums and available pricing tiers.
Our goal is to make wholesale purchasing straightforward while providing competitive pricing for laboratories, research organizations, resellers, and other qualified high-volume customers.
How quickly are wholesale accounts approved?
We review wholesale applications as quickly as possible. Approval time can vary depending on the information submitted and whether we need additional documentation or verification.
Providing complete and accurate information with your application helps us process your account faster. Once approved, you'll be able to access the wholesale ordering options available to your account.
Is there a contract or ongoing purchase requirement?
Our standard wholesale program does not require customers to make unnecessary ongoing purchases simply to maintain access to wholesale ordering.
Certain custom manufacturing, white-label, special-order, or negotiated-volume arrangements may have their own terms. If any special requirements apply to your order, we'll clearly communicate them before you commit to the purchase.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Once your wholesale account is approved, you can access wholesale ordering through your customer account and dashboard.
For unusually large orders, custom configurations, white-label projects, or products that aren't available through the standard ordering system, our team can assist you directly and prepare a custom quote.
Can I reorder previous purchases easily?
Yes. Your account maintains your order history so you can reference previous purchases when placing future orders.
This makes recurring laboratory purchases much easier and helps ensure you can identify the products, quantities, and configurations you previously ordered.
Who do I contact for a custom quote or large quantities?
For large-volume orders, custom requirements, or wholesale pricing questions, contact our team directly at support@precisionpeptide.shop.
Tell us which products you're interested in, the approximate quantities you need, and whether you require standard Precision Peptides labeling, no-label packaging, or white-label services. We'll review the request and provide the appropriate options.
- VOLUME PRICING
Pricing & Volume Tiers
How does volume pricing work?
We structure our wholesale pricing around quantity and purchasing volume. As order quantities increase, customers may qualify for different pricing tiers.
Because manufacturing costs and availability vary between compounds, pricing can differ by product. Your account or custom quote will show the pricing applicable to your order.
Can I mix different peptides to reach a tier?
Depending on the applicable wholesale program and products being ordered, we may allow qualifying volume to be calculated across multiple products within the same order.
Because some products may have individual minimum quantities or different pricing structures, we recommend confirming the exact requirements with our wholesale team when building a mixed-product order.
Is my wholesale pricing confidential?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is intended for approved wholesale customers and is generally accessible through your account after you log in.
We do not publicly display negotiated customer-specific pricing or custom volume quotes.
Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
At this time, our standard wholesale orders must be paid before they are processed. We do not currently offer standard Net-30 terms.
If our payment policies change in the future, qualified wholesale customers will be able to review the applicable terms through their account or directly with our team.
Can wholesale pricing be combined with promos or coupons?
Generally, no. Wholesale pricing already reflects discounted volume pricing and normally cannot be combined with additional promotional codes, coupons, or other discounts.
If we run a promotion that specifically applies to wholesale purchases, we will clearly state that in the promotion's terms.
Do you price match?
We may consider legitimate pricing from comparable U.S.-based research suppliers on a case-by-case basis.
When evaluating a price-match request, we don't look at price alone. Product identity, quantity, analytical testing, documented purity, batch verification, and overall quality standards all matter.
If you would like us to review a competing offer, contact our team with the product and pricing information
- LABELING
Labeling & White Label
What labeling formats do you offer?
We offer several labeling options depending on the type and size of your order:
Precision Peptides Labeling: Products arrive with our standard Precision Peptides branding and applicable product and batch information.
No Label: Products can be supplied without custom retail branding when available, with the necessary identifying information provided through the accompanying order documentation.
White Label: For qualifying orders, we can produce products using your company's branding and approved label design.
Contact us for current minimum quantities and requirements for each option.
What's the difference between No Label and White Label?
No Label means the product is supplied without your company's custom branded retail label. The product is still identified through the appropriate documentation and order information.
White Label means we produce an approved label using your company's branding, logo, colors, and other agreed-upon design elements.
White Label is designed for businesses that want a professionally branded product rather than an unlabeled product.
Is there a separate minimum order for white label?
Yes. White-label orders have their own minimum quantity requirements, which may vary depending on the product and scope of the project.
Contact our team with the products and approximate quantities you're considering, and we'll provide the current requirements.
Is there a setup fee for white label?
We do not currently charge a separate standard setup fee simply for establishing a white-label account. However, custom labels, specialized packaging, design changes, or other custom requirements may result in additional per-unit or project costs.
Any additional charges will be disclosed before we proceed with the order.
What artwork do you need for a white-label order?
For white-label projects, we typically need your company logo, desired product naming information, preferred colors, and any other branding elements you want incorporated into the label.
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF is preferred because it provides the best print quality. We can also work with high-resolution PNG files when appropriate.
We'll review your submitted artwork before production and let you know if anything else is required.
How long does white label take?
White-label orders require additional processing time because artwork must be reviewed and approved and the custom labels must be produced before final fulfillment.
The exact timeline depends on the order size, products, artwork readiness, label approval, inventory, and production requirements.
We'll provide an estimated timeline for your project before production begins whenever possible.
Can I switch labeling formats between orders?
Yes. You are not necessarily locked into one labeling format permanently.
Depending on product availability and order requirements, you can choose Precision Peptides branding, No Label, or qualifying White Label options for different orders
- QUALITY & TESTING
Quality, Testing & Documentation
What documentation comes with every order?
One of our core principles is analytical transparency.
Every batch we release has a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis available for verification. Depending on the product and testing protocol, the COA and associated documentation may include HPLC purity analysis, mass-spectrometry identity verification, content testing, and additional analytical results.
Our goal is to give researchers the ability to independently review the testing associated with the exact batch they purchase.
Are wholesale products tested the same as retail?
Yes. We do not believe that purchasing in larger quantities should mean accepting lower quality standards.
Our wholesale products are subject to the same applicable quality-control and third-party analytical testing standards as the products we offer through our regular retail catalog.
The quantity purchased may change the price, but it does not change our commitment to batch verification.
What purity do you guarantee?
We specify a purity standard of 99% or greater for applicable peptide products, verified through analytical testing such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
We also use mass spectrometry to help verify molecular identity.
Most importantly, we test by batch. Researchers can review the applicable Certificate of Analysis rather than relying solely on a general purity statement made by the company.
How do I verify a batch COA online?
We make our Certificates of Analysis available electronically so researchers can verify the testing associated with their products.
Use the identifying information or QR code associated with your product or batch to access the corresponding COA. Our COAs are designed to provide traceability between the product, lot or batch, and applicable analytical results.
If you ever have difficulty locating a COA, contact us at support@precisionpeptide.shop and we'll help you locate the correct documentation.
Do you test for endotoxins and sterility?
We perform expanded analytical testing on select products, which may include endotoxin and sterility testing.
Our full 6-point verification protocol can include purity, identity, content quantification, physical inspection, endotoxin/heavy-metal screening, and sterility testing.
Not every product receives every expanded test. All products receive our standard verification protocol, while additional testing is performed on select products. We identify the applicable testing through our batch documentation and Certificates of Analysis.
What's included on the COA?
The information shown on a Certificate of Analysis depends on the analytical testing performed for that particular product and batch.
Depending on the product, documentation may include HPLC purity results, mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, content quantification, endotoxin results, sterility results, and identifying lot or batch information.
We believe a COA should provide meaningful analytical transparency rather than simply displaying a generic statement that a product was "tested."
- MANUFACTURING
Compliance
Are your products intended for human use?
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is required because our products are sold as Research Use Only materials rather than prescription medications.
We do not sell our products for therapeutic use, and we do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or instructions for human administration.
Are your products high quality and compliant?
Quality and transparency are fundamental to how we operate.
We use established manufacturing and quality-control procedures and independently test our products for applicable characteristics such as purity, identity, and content. We also provide batch-specific analytical documentation so researchers can review the testing themselves.
At the same time, our products remain strictly Research Use Only. Analytical testing or high purity does not change a research compound into an approved drug, medication, or therapeutic product.
- SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Shipping & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Quality and transparency are fundamental to how we operate.
We use established manufacturing and quality-control procedures and independently test our products for applicable characteristics such as purity, identity, and content. We also provide batch-specific analytical documentation so researchers can review the testing themselves.
At the same time, our products remain strictly Research Use Only. Analytical testing or high purity does not change a research compound into an approved drug, medication, or therapeutic product.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
We package orders carefully to help protect vial and product integrity during transit.
Orders are prepared using protective packaging appropriate for the products being shipped and include the applicable product identification and order documentation.
Once your shipment is processed, tracking information is provided when available so you can follow its progress.
How long does processing and shipping take?
We work to process in-stock standard orders as quickly as possible.
Actual processing and delivery times can vary based on inventory, order size, labeling requirements, carrier schedules, weekends, holidays, and destination.
Large wholesale orders, special orders, and white-label projects may require additional processing time. When an order requires an extended lead time, we'll communicate the expected timeline whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily limit our standard shipping to customers within the United States.
Shipping policies may change as our distribution capabilities expand, so customers should contact us before placing an order if they have questions regarding a particular destination.
- PRODUCTS & SUPPORT
Products, Storage & Support
How many peptides do you carry?
Our catalog includes a growing selection of research peptides and related analytical compounds across multiple research categories.
Our inventory is continually evolving as we add products, complete testing, and release new batches. Because availability can change, our website should always be used as the most current source for products that are presently available.
What happens if a peptide is out of stock?
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we work to replenish inventory as quickly as possible without compromising our testing and quality-control standards.
When we have a reliable estimated restock timeframe, our team may be able to provide it. You can contact us for availability information on a specific product.
We would rather wait for a properly verified batch than rush an unverified product into inventory
How should peptides be stored?
Storage requirements can vary by compound and by the physical form in which the research material is supplied.
We recommend following the storage conditions provided with the specific product or its accompanying documentation.
Researchers should protect materials from conditions that may affect stability, including inappropriate temperatures, excessive moisture, light, or repeated temperature fluctuations when applicable.
Because different compounds can have different stability characteristics, we do not recommend assuming that one storage protocol applies universally to every research peptide.
